"...I am writing this letter in regards to our new cleaning company, Tiffin's Cleaning. The Building has been brought up to remarkable standards; when Tiffin's Cleaning began they were faced with a tremendous task. This building was filthy. The previous cleaning company had let everything in the building deteriorate to the point it was totally unacceptable. All areas have shown a remarked improvement in cleanliness. The floors sparkle, the toilets shine and everything is very hygienic. The past cleaners put wax all over the walls and trim throughout the building. Tiffin's have removed as much of the wax as possible. Once the building gets painted, everything will be acceptable. The building always smells clean and fresh. All daily tasks are done without reminders and any requests are promptly completed. Tiffin's Cleaning company have put many more hours of work into the building on a regular basis compared to the previous company. This is a large building and takes a lot of time to clean it properly.

The new workers are very efficent and accept the fact that this is a Child Care setting where children are playing and make messes on a daily basis. They share information about repairs they note as they are working in the building. They continue to have good ideas for building improvements that will make their tasks easier, for example the new mats placed strategically for removing sand etc., as people enter the Center..."
